NEDAAAB Election 2014 Schedule:
July 21, 2014 – 11:59 PM MST: Election Nomination Form Deadline. (ABSOLUTELY no forms will be accepted after this deadline).
July 22, 2014 – 11:59 PM MST: Eligible voter’s email correction deadline. Between now and this period members will be required to notify election committee for any corrections (if any) in their email addresses to receive electronic election ballot on the day of election). Please note that electronic election ballot will only be issued to the emails that NEDAAAB has in its record and will be verified and corrected by Election committee before this date).
July 23, 2014: Publication of first list of candidates.
July 24, 2014 – 11:59PM MST: Nomination withdraw deadline. Period for candidates to notify election committee to withdraw from nominations and file objections (if any).
July 25, 2014: Publication of final list of candidates.
July 31, 2014 12:01 AM MST: Election campaign starts for candidates.
Aug 7, 2014 11:59 PM MST: Election campaign ends.

Aug 9, 2014 10:00 PM MST Voting starts for election
Aug10, 2014 9:59PM MST Voting ends for election 2014-16.
Aug 10 – Announcement of Election Results.
Again refer to NEDAAAB members’ directory (http://www.nedaaab.org/membership/directory/) to view complete list of eligible candidates and voters. (Total 223 members as of July 1, 2014).
PLEASE NOTE THAT ELECTION COMMITTEE IS NOT ENROLLING OR REGISTERING ANY NEW MEMBERS FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONTESTING ELECTION OR BECOMING ELIGIBLE VOTERS. THIS TASK HAS BEEN COMPLETED BY PREVIOUS ELECTED COMMITTEE DURING THEIR TENURE.
Deadlines (Time and Date) for each of above activities are ABSOLUTELY FIRM & we request interested candidates and eligible voters to show responsibility and seriousness and act before these deadlines. An email describing the details of the voting procedure will be posted before the election.
