Introduction

NED Alumni Association Alberta (NEDAAAB) is organizing an Indoor Tape-ball Cricket Tournament. This is a great opportunity provided by the association for healthy enjoyment, fun, and connectivity.

  • Players                                              : 6min. – 8max. (any six can bat, ball, or field)
  • Non-NEDian Allowed                        : 3 max.
  • Overs                                                : 5 each inning
  • Registration closing date                  : March 20th, 2019
  • Registration fee                                : $120 per team

General Information:

Registration: Team Captain needs to register a team and then separately provide names of all players by March 20th to the Task force lead – Nadeem Alam at [email protected]

Start register your team! Sooner the better to avoid refusal at the end.

Team Captain: Captain will be NEDian. If one is interested to play as a “Team Captain” he can bring his own team of six to eight players. Teams will be registered on first come first basis.

Team Name: Team Captain can choose the name of the team.

Rules: Further details about the rules specific to the Genesis field will be communicated in the field, and schedule will be provided later.

Equipment: Cricket balls and wicket will be provided by the Organizing Committee.

Food and Drink: Will be served to players only. It is the responsibility of the Captain and players to dispose of the waste appropriately to maintain the cleanliness of the facility.

Audience: This is NOT a family event, however if you choose to bring your kids anyways then parents have to ensure appropriate supervision. We encourage you to bring the family, however due to budget constraint, foods will be provided to the players registered in the tournament.
