 Introduction:

This seminar is for individuals who would like to gain a thorough understanding of all the principles of engineering workflow in a simple and easy to grasp format. This seminar will cover all disciplines major deliverables including process, mechanical, piping, Instrument & Controls, Civil/Structures and Electrical and how these disciplines are interconnected to each other. This seminar is a MUST for any individual seeking an in-depth knowledge of complete working flow, and practices an individual engineer go through while working for an engineering firm in EPC industry or with Supplier.

This Seminar is also good for junior or intermediate project engineers who would like to refresh and enhance their understanding of discipline engineering work flow. This seminar will be taught in an easy to understand manner by demonstrating practical example of a small sized project. (Project: One skid mounted process building to deliver hydrocarbon via pump from point A to point B).
The seminar will cover all major steps involve in designing, engineering, fabrication, construction, testing and installation phase for small sized project complete with local jurisdictionally and regulatory requirement.

This seminar will provide the following information:
• Basic System Design (development of process flow diagram (PFD) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagram)
• Selection Criteria ( piping, valves, control valves etc.) and Sizing Calculations
• Major Deliverables (Bill of Material, Selection of Line Classes, Line List and Data Sheets for major equipment etc.)
• Skid and Skid related deliverables

• Building and Building related deliverables

• Other major deliverables (Fabrication procedures such as WPS and PQR, Inspection and Testing Plan etc.)
